Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date
information when using our Services. Any discrepancies may result in
rejection or delays in filing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
access and use NextGenFile’s Services solely for legal filing purposes in

performance, availability, or compliance.
Compliance Assurance: We strive to keep our platform up-to-date
with the latest legal requirements. However, it remains the user’s
responsibility to verify compliance with their specific jurisdiction.
Authorized User Status: You confirm that you have the legal
authority to delegate filing permissions to NextGenFile for the
purpose of leave-related submissions. By using this service, you
acknowledge that you are granting NextGenFile Authorized User Status,
allowing NextGenFile to file Leave of Absence(s) in your name. You
will provide us with your account credentials for e-filing platforms
provided. If these credentials are subject to change, you are in
charge of updating accordingly.
7. Fees and Payment
Subscription Term: NextGenFile offers various subscription
plans based on usage needs. Detailed pricing and plans are provided on
our website.
Billing and Refunds: All fees are due immediately with the
purchase of the subscription service. Failure to do so could result in
the termination of your subscription. Refunds are only offered if the
user faces a system-wide technical issue preventing them from
utilizing the Service. Refund requests must be submitted within 30
days of the issue occurring.
Method of Payments: Users will be set to pay via Stripe
services, offered on our website. Please refer to Stripe’s Terms of
Service.

encouraged to review data submitted through third-party integrations,
as we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays resulting
